This is my first HT so it's hard to compare with the competition. For now, everything works quite well with Zwift, mounted on a Canyon Gravel frame (Grizl aluminum). The assembly instructions, however, are quite limited. I spent a long time trying to understand why I had a loud rolling noise and significant vibrations. I only found the solution on an English forum. I made the mistake of mounting a cassette identical to that of the bike, but new, while leaving the original chain of the bike, which is not the same wear. I was able to eliminate the rubbing by taking the old cassette from the bike instead of the new one (which I bought for nothing). I imagine that my limited experience in mechanics also explains these mistakes... Another point regarding the instructions, I wasted time trying to connect the HT via Bluetooth to the PC through Windows, not knowing that the operation is only done through the Elite interface or Zwift. You can quickly find the info on forums, but again, it's not explicit in the documentation.

MATERIELVELO.COM respects its T&Cs Return and refund. Too bad the return costs are at the customer's expense. Note 4 As for ELITE DIRETO XR-T Quality Control INSUFFICIENT regarding packaging and NON-EXISTENT regarding the technical functioning of a device coming out of the factory. Note 1 ADVICE: Watch and imitate the procedures of WAHOO products Packaging and functioning 10/10 upon leaving its packaging.

Good quality material. Well packaged and delivery faster than the announced timeframe. Very pleasant phone contact and responsive staff. The HT connects quickly to Swift and reproduces a real bike ride. I highly recommend this very serious site and the HT satisfies me 100%.

Very very good product sold by the site advisors with assembly advice for the 12-speed cassette. Received within the expected timeframe. Following my visit to the store, staff were attentive and available. I recommend the site.

I use it mainly in winter almost daily with Zwift. I am super satisfied. Not a single problem. Maybe a bit generous with the displayed W (~10W) but it's good for morale :o)
