A former racer with a keen eye for equipment
The UPF 50+ Light knee pads are lightweight and perfect for protecting you from UV rays. They are made from polyester, a material that offers better sun protection than nylon. Although they meet the UPF 50+ standard, they have proven to be far more effective, blocking 99.8% of harmful UV rays in laboratory tests.
These knee pads feature a very simple and sleek design. Seams have been kept to a minimum to prevent skin irritation. A double-sided silicone band is positioned at the thigh to ensure a secure fit whilst cycling.
