The Assos Zegho G2 Dragonfly is a bit like the Rolls-Royce of cycling glasses. Designed in partnership with the renowned optician Carl Zeiss, this frame offers impressive flexibility. It adapts to all face shapes and sits perfectly on the ears. Despite their lightness and flexibility, these glasses are highly resistant to impact and abrasion.
The new V-TORIC lenses in the G2 version are contoured and provide very clear and precise vision whilst remaining extremely lightweight. They are designed with a ‘gradient’ effect, with the upper section filtering more UV rays than the lower section. When the sun comes out, the cornea is most vulnerable to UV radiation, hence the importance of stronger protection at the top of the lens. The arms detach easily from the lenses using new triggerClick technology, allowing you to fit the rain-specific lenses supplied in the case. A testament to quality, the pair is handmade in Italy and incorporates the expertise of numerous scientists and technicians in its design. You also benefit from a clever system that allows you to use prescription lenses.
