Our advice

Hubert D.

Textile expert and former professional runner

These Castelli Competizione cycling shorts are ideal for both competitive cyclists and keen cyclists alike.
With this product, the Italian brand has sought to incorporate the best features of professional peloton cycling shorts and offer them at a more affordable price.

The combination of textured Vortex fabric, Affinity fabric Pro and an elasticated waistband Giro results in a pair of shorts that are both high-performance and comfortable. The straps, made from mesh fabric, ensure optimal moisture-wicking during exercise. Flatlock seams minimise the risk of chafing on long rides.

The Kiss Air 2 chamois delivers high performance on medium to long rides. Made from a single piece of fabric with inserts of varying densities, this chamois is flexible enough to adapt to your every movement.

Technical specifications:

- Textured Vortex BLC fabric
- Affinity fabric Pro on the inner thighs
- Elasticated support band Giro on the thighs
- Mesh shoulder straps and back
- Kiss Air 2 chamois

For 1.75m and 70kg, I hope it will stretch a bit, and also in length, it pulls on the straps, I hope it will hold, good quality for the skin.
