Notre avis

This adapter allows you to convert and use a shoe with a 3-point sole to an SPD cyclo-cross and mountain bike version for easier removal and walking.

Denis M.

A former racer with a keen eye for equipment

This adapter will delight cycle tourists who want to be able to walk comfortably in their road shoes. You can enjoy the rigidity of a carbon sole and the comfort of an SPD-type pedal. This adapter is positioned like a cleat; simply slide the metal part between the sole and the adapter to screw the SPD cleat in place correctly.

Good product, easy to install, raises the shoe by a few mm but nothing serious. (Translated review)

The adapter works but puts us off balance once the foot is on the ground due to the height of the cleats and the risk of slipping. (Translated review)

Adapts very well from bike sole to SPD sole. However, be careful with the screwing as a specific key is required and not provided. My husband screwed everything with the electric screwdriver for very good support. For walking, it's a bit tricky. (Translated review)

Used to be able to use road bike shoes on a gym HT. Most are equipped with SPD pedals. I was tired of doing my gym workouts in sneakers. With this kit, it's perfect: it allows you to transform your 3-point look shoes. Fits perfectly even with shoes from other brands than SIDI. (Translated review)

Very good product for using road shoes with 3 points. One flaw, in my opinion, it is regrettable that there is no "anti-slip coating" because walking with it is not easy..... (Translated review)
