Adapts very well from bike sole to SPD sole. However, be careful with the screwing as a specific key is required and not provided. My husband screwed everything with the electric screwdriver for very good support. For walking, it's a bit tricky. (Translated review)

Used to be able to use road bike shoes on a gym HT. Most are equipped with SPD pedals. I was tired of doing my gym workouts in sneakers. With this kit, it's perfect: it allows you to transform your 3-point look shoes. Fits perfectly even with shoes from other brands than SIDI. (Translated review)
