Can hold two 700x25 inner tubes, two tire levers, two CO2 cartridges, a multi-tool. A small inner pocket allows for separating small items. The hold on the saddle and tube is firm thanks to two Velcro straps and a rubber attachment. The whole thing doesn't stick out too much from the back of the saddle. Pleasantly surprised.

Perfect for tire levers, glue, patches, compact multi-tools, inner tube, and smartphone, all waterproof but not cheap.
