  I have been a customer since 2016 and I have rarely had to call on them. This time it's a pair of wheels whose spokes were not tightened (This is the 2nd time with this same Swiss brand). Total coverage (no fees, only the latex product that I had to remove when disassembling the tubeless). Honestly, it's the BEST. Moreover, they are available by phone and they do not hesitate to respond to us by email later when they do not have the information directly: You can't ask for better!

  Hello, After 1 month of use my opinion is very mixed. When it works it's perfect. However, the startup was laborious with a persistent bug requiring assistance from Sigmasupport. Then in recent days, the sensors are no longer recognized or only for a few seconds. It resets itself. I changed the batteries of the sensors. Another reset with all the information to complete. I will test a few more outings but it smells like a return to customer service. Too bad, given the price and the advertised characteristics, for now I am disappointed.
