PREPARES MUSCLES FOR EXERCISE - MAKES WARMING UP EASIER

HELPS REDUCE THE RISK OF CRAMPS AND MUSCLE SPASMS

Before physical exertion, a light, invigorating massage helps to warm up the muscles, significantly reducing the risk of muscle injury.

Thanks to the beneficial action of its ingredients (arnica, harpagophytum, lavender, etc.), OVERSTIM.s PREPARATORY MASSAGE CREAM contributes to good muscle preparation and joint and tendon well-being before exercise.gt;With its slight warming effect, OVERSTIM.s PREPARATORY MASSAGE CREAM facilitates peripheral circulation and helps to limit the risk of muscle problems, contractures and aches, particularly in adverse weather conditions.

Preparatory massage is a valuable complement to the warm-up itself, which remains essential for getting the cardiovascular system up to speed. OVERSTIM.s PREPARATORY CREAM does not stain clothing.

Directions for use: To get the full effect of the preparatory massage, it should preferably be performed before warming up.

The big advantage is the smell, it doesn't smell like old paste. Yes, the hemp smell of traditional warming creams. (Translated review)

this cream is perfect for slightly warming the muscle before going out in autumn and spring. Not warm enough for winter but possible with leg warmers. Pleasant smell, not greasy. (Translated review)
